Registration View

• view the user registration details
• Search by Email, User Name, Fee Paid, Payment Mode, Meeting List, Abstract
• And can update the status of the registration fee after confirmation of the payment (auto reply will be generated)

Abstract View

• view and download the abstract details
• Search by Application Id, Meeting List, Title, Abstract Type

Credit Card Transaction View

• view the credit card transaction details
• Search by meetings
• And can update the status of the registration fee after confirmation of the payment(auto reply will be generated)

Wire Transfer Transaction View

• view the credit card transaction details
• Search by meetings
• And can update the status of the registration fee after confirmation of the payment(auto reply will be generated)

User Side
Using the generated url from the admin we can link the meeting for the user side.

Home page & other content pages:
We can add or edit the contents from the admin before and after login.

Sign up

• Create a new login for each of the meeting
• Auto reply

Registration

• You can edit the header content of the registration from the admin
• After taking up the registration, accommodation, tutorials, additional posters user can pay the fee in 4 different modes.

Bank Draft

• Give the bank details validate for the amount
• Auto reply for the user
• Admin should change the status manually from the admin for the fees paid (auto reply to the user and the admin, soon after the status is updated)

Grant

• Give the grant details validate for the amount
• Auto reply for the grant and for the user.
• After grant confirms – status updated automatically. Auto reply for the user and the admin stating the payment is confirmed

Credit Card Payment

• Validate for the amount. converts us dollar with Indian rupees (with the updated values from the api www.ecb.int ) and redirect to the ccavenue (merchant)
• Auto reply for the user with out confirming the registration.
• Regarding the ccavenue values registration will be confirmed.
• Once if we receive the confirmation from the ccavenue the system automatically will update the status of registration fee as yes. Also for the admin regarding payment confirmation.
• If shipment is happening from the ccavenue admin have to update the status manually (auto reply for the user and the admin regarding the confirmation payment)

Wire Transfer

• select the Amount type regarding the convert the amount
• Auto reply for the user with wire transfer details.
• After confirmation of the payment admin have to update the status manually. Auto reply for the user and the admin stating the payment is confirmation

Validate the registration page for all the required fields

Submit Abstract

• admin can edit the header content of the submit abstract page from the admin
• Upload abstract
• user can manage the abstract
• user can view the status of the abstract whether it is selected for the posters.

Profile Settings

• edit profile
• change password
• view the overall user details(on click on the Name)
• You will be able view the profile and edit the profile.
• You will be able to download the receipt soon after your payment confirmation.
